Sounds cool. Are there any fees or charges for the services Jobberies.com offers? Nope. As Jobberies.com is a community, our crew is constantly hunting for innovative ways to contribute to the community to ensure user-friendly service free of charge, for both job seekers and job providers.
How does Jobberies.com ensure high quality job content? While AsiaPartTime.com cannot control the perks offered with each job, we strive to protect your rights as an Jobberies.com service user by moderating the content posted. Posts which violate the Terms and Conditions will be deleted to ensure a pleasant surfing experience for all users.
I saw a job post which I was interested in, but now it’s missing! What happened? In situations like these, there can only be two reasons, which are:
1) The job has been taken up and the job provider has closed it
2) The job posting has violated the Terms and Conditions and has been deleted by the Administrator
Do
note that the Jobberies.com system works on a
first-come-first-served basis. So if you find interest in any of the
jobs posted, it’s entirely up to you to hop on to it before someone
else does!f
FOR JOB PROVIDERS
I have a vacancy and I would like to post a job. Do I need to register my details with Jobberies.com? Nope. The Jobberies.com philosophy is to provide you hassle free service, as clean cut as possible. For once, you don’t need passwords, login names and the likes. Everything is managed through e-mail on Jobberies.com.
How do I create a full time / part time / freelance job? Firstly, find the “Post A New Job” link on the top navigation bar. Next, fill in all the required fields in the form. Do ensure that you provide a valid e-mail address, then click ‘Submit’.
Alright, I’ve done that. What happens now? You will receive a notification email, asking you to verify your posting. Click on the verification link and your post will be activated. You are advised to keep the email for future use, as it contains useful links as well.
I’ve clicked submit but I haven’t received any notification email. I have ensured that the email address I provided is accurate, and have checked in my Junk/Spam folder. What do I do? Try re-posting your job and see if you still receive the notification email. If the problem persists, drop us a note on the Contact Us page, and we will try to rectify the problem.
How do I communicate/follow up with applicants? Interested job seekers will leave a message and upload their resume or portfolio and it will be emailed to you directly.
I’ve found the suitable person for the job. How do I assign jobs to applicants? Currently, our system doesn’t accommodate job assigning features. In order to indicate that your vacancy is no longer available, we suggest you close the job.
How do I close a job? The “Deactivate Job” link can be found in the notification email which you activated your project with earlier. By clicking on it, you will be redirected to a page where you could close your job.
I’ve posted a job, but there are details I want to edit. How do I do that? The “Edit” link can be found in the notification email which you activated your project with earlier. By clicking on it, you will be redirected to a page where you could edit your post. Make the necessary amendments, and hit the ‘Submit’ button to update your post.
How do I pay the job seeker? Everything pertaining to the wages – payment method and rates – are left solely to the discretion of both job seekers and job providers. As we do not support any payment processing here, Jobberies.com will not be held liable for any monetary transactions between parties.
I notice that some of my job posts have gone missing. Why is that so, and is there a way I could retrieve them? Jobberies.com will not delete any posts unless they are deemed to have violated our Terms of Service Agreement and/or Privacy Policy. If you believe your post has been deleted by error, kindly contact our administrators using the form on the Contact Us page.
