A Japanese based MNC that supports the infrastructure of electronics society by developing new electronic components and technologies. They are seeking for caliber applicant to join their expanding and fast growing company.

Customer Service Coordinator (Penang)

Responsibilites:

  • Responsible for order processing – order entry and checking
  • Schedule planning and follow up – customer forecast planning, follow up with factory respond schedule, backlog follow up, rescheduling, cancellation
  • Involve in shipping arrangement – shipping schedule arrangement, arrange shipment according to customers’ requirement
  • Customer coordination – provide order confirmation to customers, response to customer schedule, cancellation request and other services
  • Internal company coordination – coordinate with factory, warehouse, other sales
