Customer Service Coordinator (Penang)
Responsibilites:
- Responsible for order processing – order entry and checking
- Schedule planning and follow up – customer forecast planning, follow up with factory respond schedule, backlog follow up, rescheduling, cancellation
- Involve in shipping arrangement – shipping schedule arrangement, arrange shipment according to customers’ requirement
- Customer coordination – provide order confirmation to customers, response to customer schedule, cancellation request and other services
- Internal company coordination – coordinate with factory, warehouse, other sales
