Full-time Internship for Business, Psychology, Human Resource Students

Roles and Responsibilities

-Gather detailed information on position requirements from the clients.
-Identify competencies of the role to facilitate effective recruitment.
-Accurately interpret client’s job specifications.
-Approach and attract applicants for future and existing assignments.
-Proactively find, screen and build a flow of top sourcing candidates.
-Cold-calling/direct approaching the prospect candidates.
-Enhance resources through research.
-Perform candidate searches.
-Phone screening.
-Interview candidates and prepare candidates’ report.
-Track advertised jobs.
-Identify business leads.
-Research company information.
-Report findings to consultant.

Requirements

-Able to write and communicate in English proficiently.
-Able to work independently or in a team.
-Proactive and independent in performing assigned tasks.
-Good knowledge of IT.
-Positive attitude and a desire to learn.
