Contact Center Consultant (Mandarin Speaking)

Location: SS2 Petaling Jaya/Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone.
- Remain up-to-date with the latest information that impacts the delivery of service to the customers.
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs.
- Provide customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Understand, analyze and calculate bill statement in order to provide clear explanations to customers.
- Maintain a high degree of responsibility towards customer confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Min SPM (min pass in Math, BM, Eng) + 1 year accumulated fulltime working experience in CS, Sales, Mktg.
- Fresh Diploma holders / Fresh grads will also be considered.
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English Language. Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese dialects.
- Able to work in a flexi shift.
- Computer literacy (E-mail applications, operates Windows 95/97).
- Must posses own transport.
