Full-time Contact Center Consultant (Mandarin Speaking)

at Adecco Personnel Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor

Location: SS2 Petaling Jaya/Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone.
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest information that impacts the delivery of service to the customers.
  • Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs.
  • Provide customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Understand, analyze and calculate bill statement in order to provide clear explanations to customers.
  • Maintain a high degree of responsibility towards customer confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Min SPM (min pass in Math, BM, Eng) + 1 year accumulated fulltime working experience in CS, Sales, Mktg.
  • Fresh Diploma holders / Fresh grads will also be considered.
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English Language. Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese dialects.
  • Able to work in a flexi shift.
  • Computer literacy (E-mail applications, operates Windows 95/97).
  • Must posses own transport.
