Business Development Executive
at Seamaster Paint Marketing Sdn Bhd in Melaka
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research on the designated industries on Project bases
- Provide support services to project partners to ensure their continued growth
- Keeping abreast with competitors’ activities and knowledge of competitors’ products and strategies
- Utilize great presentation and communication skills and able to present ideas and recommendations to clients
- Able to conduct training or organize seminar in relevant fields to promote company products and services.
- Able to identify business potential and develop market in various segments.
- Customer service follow-up till completion to achieve high level of customer service satisfaction.
Requirement :
- Possess a degree in Marketing/Business Administration
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in paint manufacturing company
- Build strong relationships with people at variety of levels especially Government Departments -JKR, CIDB & etc
- Good presentation skills and proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Good command in English & Malay language both in spoken and written
- Drive a deep understanding of the need of change
- Self-starter, matured, ambitious, passionate, pleasant personality and possess strong leadership skills
- Creative, result oriented, highly motivated, hands-on and have an eye for details
- Strong analytical and reasoning capacity, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently within tight deadline and under pressure
- Willing to travel as and when necessary
