EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
(To be based in Langkawi)
Desired profile for Executive Sous-Chef:
- Malaysian Male
- Single preferably
- 25 to 37 years old
- Banquets and Asian food specialty
- Luxury hotel background
- Semi remote environment
- Good motivator/teacher
- Responsible for over 50 Chefs and Cooks
- Salary package includes accommodations, but is contingent on experience and background
