We are multimedia company in Kajang selangor and now based in seremban2,city centre.
So we are looking for :



HR cum Administrator Officer

Responsibilities:

-To report directly and provide timely and effective secretarial and administrative support to the MD with minimum supervision.
-To maintain a systematic filing system for easy access and retrieval.
-Sourcing and controlling of all office supplies.
-Responsible for payments, petty cash management and summary reports.
-To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

-Preferably Malay female 20 -30 years
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate,
Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies,
Administration, Management, Commerce, Finance, Secretarial or its equivalent.
-At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Computer literate and able to communicate in English.
-Highly organized and able to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines
with attention to details and consistency.
-Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.




Purchasing Clerk

Responsibilities:

-Handling all aspects of Purchasing activities in the company
-Assisting and also monitor a corporate account and also daily shipments status.
-To issue PO to supplier and monitor the delivery from supplier to ensure on time delivery.
-Able to track & monitor supplier performance.
-Identify, qualify and evaluate potential vendors to ensure suitability and

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

-To assist as webmaster in designing, developing and maintaining website.
-Design and develop full Flash-based website with Actionscript;
-To design all promotional/ marketing materials below the line such as
company brochures, corporate profile, leaflets, posters, catalogue etc.
-To cooperate with various departments for company assignments and projects.
-Must be resourceful and aware of current trends in retail and design to create innovative designs.
-Responsible for handling and designing visual content for various projects, both online and below-the-line.

Requirements:

-Preferably Malay
-Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
-At least 2 year of working experience in the related field.
-Must be passionate in creating break-through design work, strive for quality output.
-Sensitive to trends in Internet development, web design and graphic design.

Requirements :
