Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, review and administer policies related to human resources.
- Responsible in full spectrum of human resources functions.
- Any other job functions may be assigned by the Management as deem fit from time to time.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- An all-rounder person with strong managerial experience in HR.
- At least 4 -5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to handle ad-hoc situations.
- Good listener with excellent analytical skills.
- Resourceful, result-oriented and computer literate.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
