Full-time Customer Monitoring Support

at Seri Mahligai Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur

Position: Customer Customer Monitoring Support
Duration: 6 – 12 months contract (high potential to convert to permanent)
Location: Wisma Able Match, Chan Sow Lin, KL
Working hour: Mon –Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)

Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely, accurate and relevant information to customers, i.e. accurate product and pricing information, based on customer needs.
2. Proactively assist on client payment tracking system.
3. Administer transactional information and ensure system entries are completed in an accurate and timely manner
