Permanent Job located in old klang road
Working hour for Customer Representative (CR):-
Mon – Fri (10am – 6pm)
Sat (9am – 3.30)
Basic Salary: RM1500
Staff benefits:

Job Description:
1.To attend to all in-coming calls promptly and attend to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
2.To secure service appointment & meet daily job quota.
3.To liaise technicians if there are any cancellations, postponement or changes of appointment made.
Requirements:
1.Min. SPM
2.Able to converse well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or other major dialects.
3.Computer literate
4.Having related working experience & good communication and interpersonal skillsan added advantage.
