Position: Customer Monitoring Support
Location: Chan Sow Lin, KL
Working hour: Mon –Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
Salary range: RM1300-RM1500
Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely, accurate and relevant information to customers, i.e. accurate product and pricing information, based on customer needs.
2. Proactively assist on client payment tracking system.
3. Administer transactional information and ensure system entries are completed in an accurate and timely manner
4. Minimum SPM and above.
