Asst Manager- Mechanical Maintenance

Main Tasks
Reporting to the maintenance head, this function will lead mechanical engineers and shift support mechanical technicians
Develop and implement an effective and comprehensive master preventive maintenance program to achieve minimum downtime and cost-effective operations
Monitor and analyze downtime patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and updating of the master preventive maintenance program
Identify and lead cost-savings initiatives
Serve as the lead export and resource in the area of mechanical and maintenance activities/information of the company
Formulate and conceptualize training programs and coaching sessions to develop/updated the mechanical competencies of the mechanical engineers & technicians
Define and review standard operating procedures for maintenance-related activities
Liaise with other departments/business units in coordinating systems and procedural improvements in all manufacturing mechanical engineering activities
To work and liaise closely with the "Maintenance Assistant Manager - ELECTRICAL" for integration of the master electrical maintenance program
Drive improvement programs as required where line/systems improvements require support/contributions from the Maintenance Department.
