* * Attend customers call * * Handling troubleshooting and perform online support * * Provide solutionsJob Requirements:
* * -Minimum Diploma in IT / Electrical & Electronic * * -At least 1 year experience as Technical Helpdesk or IT related field * * -Must demonstrate a progressive understanding and technical ability to support desktops, workstations, servers, notebooks, operating systems and commonly used applications * * -Fluent in English * * -Outspoken/ energetic * * -Able to work on shift * * -3 WORKING DAYS IN A WEEK..( 12 hours ) or 5 Working Days in a week( 9 hours ) * * -Salary : Minimum Rm 1800 -RM 2200(depends on experience) + Transportation & shift allowance (max RM 500) + knowledge allowance (entitle after 6 months) * * -Must be able to join immediately * * – Fully training is provided * * – Working location : Kelana Jaya
