Admin Assistant cum Receptionist
(Plaza Pantai – Kerinchi LRT Station)

*Responsibilities: *

  • Attend to incoming telephone calls, mails and other correspondences including courier service and parcels.
  • Maintain & update records of telephone numbers, faxes and forms in the company and arrange for office maintenance.
  • Assist in Human Resource and Administration duties such as faxing, filling and liaising with vendors and office supplies.
  • To update and maintain HR and Admin related records / statistics.
  • To handle special projects, as assigned.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM and Diploma.
• Computer Literate,experience in Microsoft Words & Excel spreadsheet.
• 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage for this position.
• Working experience in Receptionist, Human Resource and Administrative support will be an added advantage.
• Must be presentable & pleasant personality.
• Independent, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive attitude, team player, good telephone etiquette and able to liaise with people from all level.
• Required language (s): English.
• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
