Job Description:
Successful candidates will be posted and trained in various departments (Production, Warehouse / Shipping, Planning / Purchasing and Engineering) to acquire the necessary knowledge and operation skills. The training will also focus on the leadership and business exposure to the trainees. On completion of their training, they will be posted and in-charge of the key posts in the factory.
Requirements:
•Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT, Food Technology / Food Science, Science, Logistic or Engineering (Mechanical, Industry or Chemical).
•Energetic, dynamic, resourceful possess a positive attitude and passion to learn.
•Confident, independent and able to assume a leadership role.
•Analytical mind, verbal and presentation skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
•Good interpersonal skills and be able to interact with all level of people.
•Computer literate especially in Microsoft office.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Kapar, Klang.
•Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
•Candidate with related working experience is an added advantage.
