Job Responsibilities:
• To perform secretarial, admin & accounting task
• Maintain an efficient filing system
• To prepare invoices for billing
• Capable of handling full sets of Accounts
• Be responsible for all treasury functions such as banking, taxation and etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya (till Feb 2010) and Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur (from March 2010)
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
