Our client is an ICT service-provider company. They are actively looking for candidates to fill the Helpdesk Analyst position for their new project.
Responsibilities:
1. Answers calls within stated time guidelines.
2. Analysis and interprets client inquiries to ascertain and solve issue.
3. Provides accurate and creative solutions to client problems meeting all pre defined quality measurements.
4. Escalates calls within stated guidelines.
5. Provides information, advice or instruction in response to client inquiries.
6. Provides a high degree of client satisfaction in all work undertaken.
7. Receives and records client inquiries and processes paperwork/systems relevant to client queries.
8. Liaises internally to enable client queries to be answered and problems solved.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
3. Excellent in English language would be an added advantage.
4. Ability to work on shift environment is mandatory.
