Full-time Assistant HR & Admin Manager

at Segi Cash & Carry Sdn Bhd. in Selangor

Responsibilities:

1. To assist HR & Admin Manager in daily HR operations and activities - full spectrum of HR functions including Manpower planning, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Evaluation / Review, Training & Development and Employee Relations.

Requirements:

1. Degree in HRM or its equivalent with 5-7 years working experience.
2. Well-versed in Labour Laws, Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, local industrial statutory requirements, Training & Development functions and prevailing Human Resource Practices & Legislation.
3. Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive work attitude and leadership qualities.
4. Proficient in written and spoken English & Mandarin.
5. Knowledge in UBS payroll and / or other payroll system will be an added advantage.
5. Willing to take on a hands-on role and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. He / She must be willing to travel.
