We are a privately owned marketing firm and are expanding to keep up with the demand of our clients. Our clients consist of the 3 main industries, focusing on strategic marketing and customer acquisition.
To meet the increasing marketing and advertising needs of our clients, we have multiple positions available in the following divisions of our firm and actively seeking for Entry Level Professionals for our sales & marketing teams! These are competitive positions that start on the ground floor but offer rapid advancement towards a management role.
· Customer Service Representatives
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Professional image is a must
- Excellent people skills

Job Description;
- Servicing clients in our established portfolio with regards to promotional sales, marketing, public relations and customer service.
- Being responsible for building and maintaining long term relationships with current and future clients.
- Organizing all territory operations for individual accounts.
- Collecting, sorting, and reporting data capture for delivery to the Managing Director.
- Providing training and support for new and current staff with repect to product knowledge and proper representation.
- Providing daily feedback on all operations of each account.
