To lead the Planning/Operations/Maintenance Depts. to ensure their effectiveness in achieving the Company’s business objectives.

• To develop and implement policies and procedures for quality control and continuous improvement for project development and implementation.
• To ensure all aspects of construction projects are managed effectively.
• To verify and ensure progress billings are in accordance to construction works that are carried out.
• To review the Architectural and Engineering designs by Consultants.

• To ensure defect works are handled by Maintenance Dept effectively.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least five(5) to 8 years of relevant working experience in a managerial position

• Sound technical knowledge and strong leadership
