WOS World Of Sports, an established retailer and wholesaler of lifestyle sporting goods, with more than 25 retail outlets in Malaysia, invites applications for the position:

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/MCE or relevant professional qualifications
• Minimum 3 years in retail operations/buying environment with good negotiation skills
• Good analytical mind and manageable in costing.
• Must be able to communicate/read/write in English and Chinese.
• Possess own car transportation and able to travel outstation/overseas on buying trips

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and control merchandise purchasing budget to ensure all efforts will provide optimum profit returns.
• Plan and execute sales plans for brands under your charge to ensure optimum profit.
• To source and negotiate with suppliers for better/increased margins.
• To educate and provide training on new products to sales staff to provide good customer service and to generate sales.
• To monitor outlets/consignment counters’ sales to ensure target achievement
• To actively participate in stock-take exercises.
