SENIOR LEGAL & CORPORATE MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• Attend to all legal documentation, claims and lead contractual negotiations with principals and stakeholders.
• Advise management on legal/regulatory compliance and/or legal issues pertaining to corporate/commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, deal structuring, corporate exercises, divestments, fundraising exercises and provide solutions or corrective actions to the problem.
• Handle corporate affairs and HR matters within the group of companies and other corporate assignments from time to time.
Requirements :
• Possess a law degree from a recognized university with minimum 5 years working experience.
• Sound knowledge in Company Law, Corporate Secretarial Practice, Malaysian Code of Conduct of Corporate Governance and Employment Act.
• Self-driven and willing to work under pressure within tight timelines.
