Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot software bugs reported by users. Identify and report all software bugs to development team.
• Deploy and supervise in one day with new version system deployment.
• Provide recovery for the inconsistence and wrong system implementation.
• Prepare and conduct training to end users.
• Integration test and support user acceptance testing and prepare for implementation.
• Provide proactive integration test like system integration testing and user acceptance testing and prepare implement software.
Requirements
• Salary Range: RM1800 – RM2500
• Work Location: Shah Alam
• Natural of Business: Retail
• Candidate must possess at least an Advance Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably candidates with one (1) year IT support experience especially with software development/technical support experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Programming experience on Microsoft .Net platform or Java and SQL Server is an added advantage.
• Good communication skill in English and Malay. Knowledge of Mandarin would be preferred.
• Friendly personality with good customer service skills.
• Able to commence work within short notice.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Other Remarks:
• Two positions will be allocated to Shah Alam.
• Races: Only prefer Chinese.
• Permanent
• Working days 5 days per week. Working hour 9am to 6pm.
• There is a test to test the interviewee how good is he/she. She/he needs to pass thru 2 interview session. First, theoretical question. Second, technical question.
• Report to Direct Manager.
