WP3-GENERAL MANAGER
at primepoint (Anywhere)
To lead the Planning/Operations/Maintenance Depts. to ensure their effectiveness in achieving the Company’s business objectives.
To develop and implement policies and procedures for quality control and continuous improvement for project development and implementation.
To ensure all aspects of construction projects are managed effectively.
To verify and ensure progress billings are in accordance to construction works that are carried out.
To review the Architectural and Engineering designs by Consultants.
To ensure defect works are handled by Maintenance Dept effectively.
Requirement:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least five(5) to 8 years of relevant working experience in a managerial position
• Sound technical knowledge and strong leadership
