Position: Training Specialist
Duration: Permanent
Location:Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur
Working hour: 24x7 (Rotating Shift)
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities.
2. Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees.
3. Maintain and improve their job skills, and possibly prepare for jobs requiring greater skill.
4. Help supervisors improve their interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with employees.
5. Set up individualized training plans to strengthen an employee's existing skills or teach new ones.
6. Developing skills, enhancing productivity and quality of work, and building loyalty to the firm
7. Producing training materials for in-house courses
8. Maintain and tract the call Monitoring Database for each individual employee
9. To perform and score accurately for all employee on a monthly basis
Requirement:
1. Diploma/Degree in any field
2. At least 2 years training experience in call/contact center
3. Prefer Chinese or Mandarin speaking
4. Ability to work on shift environment is mandatory.
