• Handle credit recovery for global market.
• Responsible to service high end customers
• Negotiate with customers on collections or outstanding payment.
  - Able to provide solutions for customers who are unable to make payments.
  - Normal working hours in a call centre environment. Must be flexible to work over the weekends.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification or its equivalent.
• Excellent in English language (written & verbal). Ability to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Those with call centre experience will be highly considered.
• Flexible in working shift rotational hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure and possess full commitment and accountability.
• Open for fresh graduates who have excellent communication skills and possess analytical/mature mindset.
