Full-time Administrative Executive

at Local F&B owner in Selangor

Our client is a leader in the industry and has been in the market for over 10 years. They are looking for a capable individual to join them.

Requirement:
~ Possess at least one year of working experience in the related field, and willing to start work on immediate basis
~ Committed to work, and possess strong ethics with strong communication and interpersonal skills
~ Proficient in using Microsoft office applications, and a computer literate

Responsibilities:
~ Perform administrative tasks such as compiling reports, basic accounting, typing letters etc.
~ Provide leading administrative and secretarial support to the management and sales team which includes hotel reservations, travel arrangements
~ Handle all related matters on Insurance and claims.
~ Dealing with authorities for relevant approval
~ Be in-charge of Office Despatch
