• Resolve inbound Authorisation requests .
• Charges need to be resolved within the assigned empowerment limit together with existing International Authorisations Policies and Procedures.
• Update support messages and account status into CAS for Credit/Collection or as advised by Management.
• Handle calls with highest quality standards and ensure delivery of excellent brand service.
• Handle lost/stolen cards enquiries after business office hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Liaise with overseas offices on Authorization requests and CM enquiries.
• Analyze foreign and local charges for card members.
• Prevent fraud at Point of Sales and enable spend through clear making decision process.
• Preferably those who have knowledge on Risk Management/credit experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification or its equivalent.
• Excellent in English language (written & verbal). Ability to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Those with call centre experience will be highly considered.
• Flexible in working shift rotational hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure and possess full commitment and accountability.
• Open for fresh graduates who have excellent communication skills and possess analytical/mature mindset.
