• Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates for M&E engineering works.
• Responsible in the M&E costing and contract.
• Prepare variation cost, cost negotiation with clients / consultants and to finalize project account
• Liaise with clients, consultant and suppliers.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 year working experience in a related field
• Computer literate and well versed in MS Office applications
• Independent, hardworking and willing to learn
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Conversant in detailed M&E Construction drawings
