Our client, one of the Multi National Financial company is currently seeking for suitable candidates to fill the below positions
GLOBAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (50 permanent positions)
(Cyberjaya, Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
• Provides extraordinary service to customers, focusing on resolving their requests with an efficient, accurate, professional and courteous manner to create customer loyalty.
• Generates a relationship that leads to build rapport, offering advice and overcoming objections.
• Responsible for meeting targets for efficiency, quality and effectiveness
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/\"O\" Level in any field.
• Required skill(s): Good Spoken English, excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate
• Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Applicants with Accounting/Finance/Banking experience are also encouraged to apply
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya/Kuala Lumpur.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Age between 18 - 40
• No experience required as training is provided
• Willing to work in a call centre environment
• Must be flexible in working hours including 24/7 shift.
Salary and benefits
• RM 1600-2000
• Quarterly Performance Bonuses (where applicable)
• Yearly performance increments & bonus

Five days week
Free transport is provided from certain pick up points
