Corporate Customer Service

Responsibilities:
• Primarily to answer Customer / Merchant enquiries regarding products and services endeavoring to deepen the customer relationship to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Building relationship through conversations with members, building rapport, offering advice and overcoming objections.
• Provide high level of customer service experience to exceed in all expectation and to resolve any matter upon first approach.
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM/ STPM holder with relevant experience preferred. Those with Diploma or Degree qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Good command of oral and written English (added advantage for Mandarin / Cantonese speakers for Chinese speaking markets)
• Highly developed Customer Service and Sales skills with at least 1 year(s) of working experience.
• Willing to work on staggered hours/rotational shifts
