Job Description:

• Responsible for leasing of retail lots within the complex under the Group
• Execute marketing and communications activities to improve tenant relationships and build up network with potential tenants.
• Sourcing and negotiating with potential tenants on new leases and follow through with all necessary documentation to conclude deals.
• To manage tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-8 years related experience, preferably in shopping complex/retail/property sales environment.
• Good command of both written and oral English
• Effectively bilingual and conversant in Mandarin
• Responsible, High Integrity, Dynamic and Resourceful
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
