Full-time IT Technical Support

at Intradeco Sdn Bhd in Penang

•To be stationed in a contact centre, supporting e-Business Applications, Microsoft Applications and products, Networking, VPN, Handheld, SAP, Manufacturing etc
•Must be able to perform shift work inclusive weak end and able to work on public holidays
•Flexible to cover overtime when required
•Serving global internal customers from countries including Asia, Middle East, Europe & US
•Provide troubleshooting, solutions and customer service via phone, email & chat contact channels
•Self independent, punctual, self initiative and must be a team player
•Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in IT or related industry
•Both fresh-graduates & experienced Helpdesk/Call Center agents are encouraged to apply
•Self motivated and fast learner
•Good in customer service and technical skill
•Required language(s): English, Chinese
