1.Work in our Service Centre and provide client services
2.Station at Customer Premises (Factory) however handling day to day desk site support
3.Normal working schedule Mon to Fri (Sat optional)
4.Dealing with all level end users from clerical to management
5.Based on customer request or ticketing system to react, attend to customer, close ticket
6.Trouble shooting, repair of hardware & software applications, OS
7.PC build for new users, help to support certain customized apps, handling backup tape
8.Managed site inventory and repair and vendor follow up
- At least 1 years experience in PC based trouble shooting of applications, OS, hardware, peripherals
- Able to demonstrate strong trouble shooting skill
- Possess own transport
- Right attitude and able to provide good customer service
