1. Technical Support (Thai Speak)
•Provide 1st Level Technical Support (diagnosis & troubleshoot) to customers via telephone, computer systems & software systems within standard time frames
•Always shows sense of urgency in answering customer call and resolving customer issue
•Ensure that any open cases or issues are addressed proactively or within the set target time frame thru excellent closely follow up
•Maintain accurate call logging and tracking into Helpdesk database
2. Unix/ Linux Server Administrator
•1 year experience within IT environment
•6 to 12 months of Unix Server systems (any flavor) administration experience.
•Working Knowledge in Unix Administration (any flavor)
•File System Management, Logical Volume Manager (LVM) and Patch Installation – Good to have
•Basic Understanding on Remote & Network Configuration items - NTP, DNS, TCP/IP, Hosts, NIS, Telnet, Rlogin, FTP and DHCP
Remuneration Package
•Permanent employment
•Training provided (MCSE, MCSA, Novell & etc…)
•Basic salary of RM1500-3000, entitled OT, allowances, Medical allowances, Annual Leave, Public Holidays, Medical Leave as well as yearly bonus
•Transportation provided
•Entitled the discount rate on purchasing laptop or desktop
