Full-time Accounts Clerk

at PGSB in Sabah

Job responsibilities:
~ Responsible for cash book, bank balances and cash flow management.
~ Managing accounts receivable and payables.
~ Issue statement of accounts and prepare creditors reconciliation.
~ Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
~ Maintain proper filing sytems.
~ Prepare monthly profit and loss account, balance sheet, cost accounting report and financial report on timely basis.
~ able to handle fullset account
~ Handle accounting data entries

Job requirements:
~ Qualification in SPM / professional certificate / LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
~ Candidates with working experience in accounting is an added advantage
~ Responsible, positive attitude, mature, able to work with minimum supervision.
~ Basic accounting knowledge & computer literate
