Full-time Sales Supervisor, Preferred Dealer

at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Perak

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage an exclusive sales team from appointed dealers
• Maximize business volume, distribution and merchandising opportunities in the designated territories
• Motivate, train and develop the Dealer’s sales team to provide superior customer service
• Manage and improve sales team productivity

Requirements :
• Minimum SPM but preferably Diploma or Degree holder in the Business or Marketing disciplines
• 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in the FMCG environment
• Possess leadership skills and be able to lead a sales team
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Possess strong planning and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and is a good team player
• Must possess a valid driving license and own transport
