Senior Project Manager (Planning)

Responsible for all new projects planning for and ensure timely implementation of these projects. To manage the dept to ensure that all new projects planning decided by the Planning Committee are carried out on time. To review and propose suitable new projects for the Company.
• RM 8,000 – RM10,000
• Reporting to Executive Director
• Degree in Land Administration, Architect or related discipline( eg. town planning )
• At least five(5) years of relevant working experience in a managerial position
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to build good rapport with consultants and local authorities
• Innovative and creative in work approach
