Marketing Executive (Landscaping)

in Negeri Sembilan
- RM 1,600 to RM 3,000 per month
- Reporting to Landscape Manager
- Preferably with a Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture or related fields
- Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant working experience, preferably with some exposure in sales and marketing in similar industry
- Candidates without stated qualifications but with good experience in sales and marketing of landscape services will be considered
- Carry out sales and marketing of the company’s products and services including designing, planting and maintenance
- To establish contacts with potential; clients such as property developers, landscape consultants, township residents and local authorities to market the Company’s full range of landscape services
- To promote the Company as a progressive landscape contractor with supporting facilities including nursery, turf farm, and retail centre
- To maintain close relationship and rapport with all existing clients to ensure continuous support
- To carry out market survey for competitors’ activities and market trends and report to Management regularly
- To carry out To design cost effective control systems that are in line with best practices for business processes
- To review management’s risk monitoring activities and the effectiveness of controls to manager risk within the Group and report on business issues on time
- To report the results of audit reviews to Management and Audit Committee
- Perform any other related duties as required from time-to-time
- Able to establish and maintain strong business network relationship with existing and potential clients
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of design flair will be advantageous
