Logistic Assistant (1 Position)

Responsibilities
• Handling Export & Import documentations.
• Assists in the overall logistics operational management in company.
• Prepare cash requisition, withdraw sufficient cash and disburse every day.
• Collect daily data and make report of inventory.
• Prepare a monthly statistical and analytical report on matters pertaining to logistic operation.
• Work closely with teammates in delivering orders.
• Work closely with customers on delivery coordination.
Requirements
• Age above 25 years.
• STPM/Diploma in any field.
• Min. 1 year working experience in Logistic/Forwarding Company.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook , with good written communication and interpersonal skills..
• Analytical with eye for details and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
