Sales/Customer Service Co-ordinator (Malaysia)

A fast growing distribution company in the turf maintenance and golf industry is seeking an energetic Sales/Customer Service Co-ordinator. The position reports to the Operations Manager and requires the successful candidate to have the following skills/qualifications:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle the whole sales order workflow from receiving PO from customers, placing PO to suppliers and monitor deliveries for both domestic & export customers as well as support quality claim activities.
- Prepare sales quotations to customers.
- Keeping track of pending issues to customers and handle in the best interest of both customer and company
- Work with freight forwarders and ensure on time deliveries
- Assist in office administrative activities
- Must be able to multitask effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Levels, Diploma holders or it’s equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in Sales Support/Co-ordination/ Customer Service/Purchasing/Administrative areas a must
- Good customer service & communication skills, liaising and co-ordinating with customers on sales orders and enquiries
- Accurate with an eye for details
- Good spoken and written English
- PC Literate: MS Office Applications
- Mature, self-moltivated and able to work independently
