Transhipment Executive
at
Reliable Human Resources Services
in Klang
- Arrange transshipment.
- Tally Discharge List with POL advice and monitor transshipment connectivity.
- Prepare T/S Pre-Alert and Load List, send to Vessel Operator, POL & POD.
- Arrange 3rd party feeder loading.
- Handling & manage T/S containers including ‘Hold’ containers.
- Arrange with 3rd party feeders for none scheduled ports.
- Prepare & Submit T/S Documents – ZB3 & Manifests to Customs.
- Submit and apply for DG Approval with Port Authority.
- Arrange & Monitor Inter Terminal Transfer of the containers.
- Update T/S details in ISSP
- Monitor all ROB. COD, Restowe arrangements of T/S containers in PKG.
- Send Loading confirmation to POL, POL, etc.
