RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
(Selangor – Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing applications, interviewing and assessing candidates and short
  listing for interview according to the clients expressed criteria;
• Contacting clients by telephone and often cold-calling, to establish their
  precise recruitment requirements;
• Drafting and strategically placing advertisements
• Making arrangements for candidates to be interviewed and preparing the
  candidates for interview;
• Obtaining feedback from client of performance of candidates placed with them
• Work with fellow team members to achieve monthly sales target

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Experience in recruitment, customer service, sales or any related field
• Able to Think \“out-of-the-box\” and assist in management team to formulate
  and execute the business strategies
• Adaptable to changing work environment, proactive in resolving issues and
  able to work under pressure
• Career focused, organised, multi-tasked, strong sense of urgency, result
  oriented and resourceful
