Job Description
1. To manage the front office reception area by welcoming visitors/guests, customers and suppliers enquirers.
2. To receive, direct and relay adequate telephone messages promptly
3.To provide general clerical or admin support as may be assigned from time to time
4. Courteous phone etiquette
5. To handle data entry work
Job Requirements
1. Computer Literate
2. Able to read and write English, Malay and Chinese
3. Minimum SPM
4. Fresh Graduate will be encourage
5. Five days work
6. Working experience in event management field is an added advantage.
7. Preferably Chinese Female candidate
