QC ENGINEER

QC ENGINEER
(Selangor - Kota Damansara)
Responsibilities: -
(1) In-process Inspection and Quality Control (IPQC)
(2) Final Inspection and Test Control, attend to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Inspection and Audit
(3) Material non conformance control and Supplier corrective action
(4) To conduct Quality awareness training to workers & QC inspectors
(5) Follow up on Equipment calibration and control
(6) Liaise with Production on Continual improvement activities
(7) Carry internal Quality System Audit
(8) To support QC Circle activity
Requirements: -
(1) Candidate must possess a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering of Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent
(2) At least 3 year(s) working experience in Quality Control especially in electrical industry
(3) Posses some working experience and knowledge on CNC machine, powder coating machine and extrusion machine
(4) Experience on welding machine and criteria
(5) Familiar and experience on ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
(6) Fluent in English (spoken and written)
(7) Full-Time positions available
Skills: -
- Proficient in Computer Microsoft suite and office tools
- Able to read and understand mechanical drawing
- Excellent quality tools skill (FMEA, SPC, Process mapping and etc)
