Permanent position.
Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Salary: RM1,500.00
Address: Auric Chun Yip Sdn Bhd
Lot. 35, Jalan Delima 1/3, Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Batu
Tiga, 40000, Shah Alam. Selangor.
Responsibilities:
• Attending incoming calls and greet incoming visitors
• Distribute incoming and outgoing letter appropriately.
• Attend to basic customers to meet all the staff and management they are looking for and any inquiries.
• To liaise with courier companies for outgoing mails / packages and to
distribute all incoming courier mail / packages to relevant personnel.
• To assist the Manager in the provision of administration duties in the
maintenance office e.g. monitor and control the stock of office
stationery, organize cleaning works, letter franking; etc.
• Handle general office administration duties and other task given from
time to time.
• Maintain and control stocks for pantry usage
• Prepare Non-Trade Purchase Order
• To assist in hotel & flight ticket booking (if any)
• To verify monthly expenses claim to ensure relevant supporting
documents against actual claims
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM qualification with basic computer knowledge (Microsoft
Word & Excel)
• Pleasant personality and must be able to communicate fluently in
English and Bahasa.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
• Responsible on work, punctuality, friendly, cheerful.
