Job Description
Attend customers call
Provide technical assistance,support and advice to customers.
Provide support for end user in window environment, and various software application.
Determine source of computer problem(hardware),software and user access.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in IT / Electrical & Electronic
At least 1 year experience as Technical Helpdesk or IT related field
Must demonstrate a progressive understanding and technical ability to support desktops, workstations, servers, notebooks, operating systems and commonly used applications
-Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
-Outspoken/ energetic
Able to work on shift
Basic + shift allowance +language allowance +
Must be able to join immediately
