Full-time Admin Assistant

Job Description

- Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department

- Collects and distributes messages and assists with mail distribution

- Performs variety of clerical duties

- Provides support for office personnel

- Maintain lobby, conference room, and coffee area in an orderly appreance

- Assist walk in clients and notify appropriate personnel

- Records all visitors name, time of visit, nature of visit on the Visitor Log Book

- Any other duties as and when assigned by Management

Job Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent

- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient in computer softwares

- Meticulous and have strong sense of responsibilities
