Our Client is a Singapore based company providing design and build services to the Singapore construction industry. Established more than 28 years ago, specialize in aluminum curtain wall, cladding and skylight.They are looking for highly motivated & committed individual to join their successful organization.
- Rm 12,000 to Rm 13,000
- Degree
- min 5 years experience
- relevant degree/diploma
- designing of curtain walling, alum cladding, skylight, etc.
- responsible and independent
- able to lead (leadership quality)
- good command of written and spoken english
- conversant in mandarin
- chinese
- accommodation excluded.
- knowledgeable in this trade
- able to decide on suitable materials to be used, pricing, source for suitable materials right from the tender stage
- able to liase with architects, engineers, clients and attend meetings
- able to meet tight deadlines when need arises
- able to assign appropriate tasks to subordinates
