Well known pharmaceutical company is looking for Customer Care Manager, Medical Affairs

The main purpose of this position is to provide (via hot-line activity) high effective, operative and quality customer services aimed to provide advises, solutions and technical support.

Customer care manager (together with his associates) should provide professional, accurate and timely responses to questions concerning:

  • Companies diabetes products;
  • Proper use and storage of Companies Products
  • Adverse events and technical complaints
  • Medical/Scientific questions and queries related to diabetes care

Customer Care Manager – should have the following accountabilities and competencies:

  • Be expert in Companies portfolio
  • Be specialist in diabetes care
  • Manage day-to-day call center operations and performance (including a substitution of CC Specialist in case of absence/illness),
  • Ensure that CC team provides high quality service to stakeholders who contact center,
  • Establish internal relationship with all related departments,
  • Be responsible for planning and budgeting for current and future CC programs
  • Create monthly activity reports and highlights on CC activity,
  • Ensure development and training of direct reports,
  • Be fluent in English
  • Report to Medical Affairs Director

Candidate’s Profile
Education: medical academy diploma, MD, PhD (desirable)
Experience: good medically qualified with practical and professional experience in endocrinology/diabetology or clinical pharmacology
Languages: English, Upper Intermediate
